Purchased class time is non refundable.
Gift certificate purchases are non refundable. Gift certificates have no cash value.
Some sessions have a materials fee. That charge is $3.50/oz. All materials are non refundable.
Student work left over sixty days without the purchase of a class pass ( six months with class package) or other prior arrangement will be removed from loom.
Cancellations – Student cancellations with at least 2 hours notice may be rescheduled. No shows will be forfeited. Cancellations by studio due to weather, illness or other circumstances will result in the lesson being rescheduled to a later date.
PARENTS- to allow children to use and develop their own creativity- please be prepared to drop them off or wait in the classroom area.
